Discovery

The Vision project started with a discovery phase where the foundation of the solution was defined and requirements and scope were confirmed. During discovery, North conducted a series of workshops with Laureate to investigate and understand the full scope of activities, the context of the websites within the wider Laureate ecosystem, the number of required templates and components, and the recommended architectural solution.

Discovery was broken into phases, starting with a solution design discovery in order to confirm as many initial requirements as possible. Once the UX requirements had been confirmed we designed the information architecture, user personas, and the new creative vision.

Digital Vision

Torrens is a University that has recently acquired a number of leading independent colleges known internally as the ‘power brands’ – These consist of Chifley Business School, Billy Blue School of Design, and William Blue College of Hospitality Management. North worked closely with the Brand Agency ‘Someone’ to not only elegantly translate their offline brand work into digital channels but also support in aligning these power brands and delivering a singular Torrens-led digital experience focussed on increased enrolments and conversion.
